- What started out as just a garage jam band, took a sharp turn into a new direction. Once drummer Mitch Hull stepped behind the drums, it’s like it all began again. Vocalist (Dustin Hull) had already been writing songs for most of his life, while Cody (Guitarist) piddled around with his guitar. The three Hulls have been making music for their entire lives. Mitch Hull has played in several bands over the last 30 years including Heartdrive, Salem, Staxx, War 4 Peace, Five 2 One, Lindsay Miller, Hungry Mother, Gongzilla, Chameleon, and more. Dustin & Cody had a few bands, that were just totally brutal in their early teens including, Toy Toy (1995), Kocaine (1999-2000), Anain (1999-2000), The Last Lie (2001-2002), The Pharmacy (2002), Still Not Broken (Dustin) (2002-2004), An Angry Man Inside (Cody) (2003), Wake Up Falling (Dustin & Sean) (2003-2006), Aim to Miss (Aug.2004- present), The Red Moon Showdown (Oct. 31st 2004 – Feb. 2007), Dead Rose (Feb. 2007 – March 2009), Pattern Against User (Summer 2007), D. Hull & The Dead Roses (Feb. 2009 – present).
