Animus
Hailing from Denver, Colorado; Animus is a visceral sextet pulling from all different backgrounds. The band was started by Tee Jay Krell several years ago before joining up with the, now, vocalist: Robbie Esquade, Guitarist Chuck Amen, Drummer Bryan Fury, Keyboardist Jared Fish, and the brand new bassist Jake!! The band has been well known and loved under the former name “illuminati” (see blog) With a shared passion for the craft, and an unending burning desire to perform, Animus has filled its music with nothing more than all of what they are. A music derived from blood, sweat, tears, pain, and a righteous anger, they push through the music scene to blast their sound down the throats of anyone willing to take them in. We are Animus, and we ARE here to stay.
