Dirtwire
Dirtwire
Dirtwire sits on the back porch of Americana’s future, conjuring up a gris-gris of sound with an amalgamation of traditional instrumentation, world-beat percussion, and electronic soundscapes. Comprised of multi-instrumentalist David Satori (Beats Antique) and Evan Fraser (Hamsa Lila; Stellamara), each performance brings the audience to a mysterious crossroads at an imaginative and seductive moment in time. The result is a rebirth of Americana and beacon for a post-millennial return to downhome goodness.

The Dirtwire duo met at the California Institute of the Arts while studying World Music Composition. Both members of other successful music projects – Satori as part of the sensational electronic dynamo group Beats Antique and Fraser at the helm of world groove bands Hamsa Lila and Stellamara – their unique chemistry led to a continued musical friendship throughout the years. In 2012 Satori and Fraser released the debut dirtwire album, attracting everyone from electronic dance junkies to traditional world and roots music toe-tappers. With their first self-titled release, Dirtwire was introduced to the world and a new family was founded.

Following their 2012 debut, an unlikely meeting with Kongar ol Ondar in San Francisco led to the creation of their second release, the Ondar EP, featuring the Genghis blues legend on vocals along with remixes by Dimond Saints and 310 that intertwined the sounds of tuvan throat singing with organic world beats with a tribal dance floor rhythm. Later that year, The Carrier EP was born featuring vocals by Rising Appalachia in the stand-out single, “The Well.”

Satori and Fraser get down as Dirtwire at select theater and festival stages across the US and have appeared at festivals including Coachella, Sonic Bloom, Lucidity, Lightning in a Bottle, Rootwire, Oregon Country Fair, Symbiosis + more. You can follow the band on their adventures at twitter.com/dirtwire or fb.met/dirtwiremusic.

Soohan
Soohan
His Debut album "Made In Baltimore" made a giant splash, becoming an immediate internet sensation, garnering over 250,000 plays in four short months. The widespread popularity of the album earned him a slew of press coverage, with features on major outlets such as The Untz, Your EDM, and ThisSongSlaps, multiple opportunities to collaborate with well-established producers, and a main stage set at the notorious Emissions West Coast Bass Festival. He was signed to Re:Evolution Booking Agency, home to renowned acts like Desert Dwellers and David Starfire.

The tracks on Volume Twohan pay homage to the mighty 808 kick, but it's his unique and extensive sample selection that makes this work truly memorable. He takes us on a multi-faceted journey across the globe and into the past, pulling from the traditional music of various cultures, and from the depths of our nostalgia.
Cycles
Cycles
Cycles epitomize the power-trio format with ripping guitar, fat bass grooves played out through furious slapping, and dynamic drum beats flowing over intricate tempo changes. Each member wields a unique take on their instrument that when played together, forms a truly fresh and cohesive sound. Patrick Harvey commands the guitar with speed and precision reminiscent of Jimmy Herring while using his loop pedal virtually as its own instrument, a skill unique only to him. Michael Wood has subtly forged a drum style that showcases his rare ability to mashup funky hip-hop beats with frenzied rock riffs and only displays flashy chops when necessary. At the heart of the band lies Tucker McClung’s dominant slap-bass chops that captivate audiences while pumping the musical blood through the band.

Drawing influence from artists such as Rage Against the Machine, J. Dilla, Primus, Weather Report, and many more, Cycles fuses an eclectic blend of genres to produce an original sound that has become harder and harder to find. Although only two years old, Cycles have over 200 shows under their belt with tours extending across the entire U.S.

Janover
Janover
Jamie Janover is recognized as a true innovator. His considerable creative output includes: being a master of the ancient percussion stringed instrument called the hammered dulcimer, inventing and performing on an instrument he calls the "mini-kit" (a miniature amplified drum kit), playing pyrocussion (fire drums) and creating the RealmsMobile (a recumbent tricycle with the mini-kit attached, enabling him to ride and play drums simultaneously).

Combining the innovations of modern technology with the wisdom of ancient instruments, Janover is achieving a creative balance between the electronic and the acoustic to create a unified field: music reflective of the nature of modern times.

For many years Janover has maintained a rigorous touring schedule, alternating between acts including: LYNX & Janover, ZILLA (w/ Michael Travis from SCI and Aaron Holstein), PRAANG (w/ EOTO & Steve Kimock) and The Everyone Orchestra (w/ a revolving lineup), among others. He is currently touring solo performing live PA set style electronic shows using his unique live rig which includes hammered dulcimer, laptop computer, mini-kit, sampler, sitar, electric kalimba and percussion.

When not playing music, you can find Janover connecting dots around the world in his extensive travels and collaborations in multiple creative realms including creating stunning images as a professional photographer, sculpture works using natural found objects and being an emissary for scientist Nassim Haramein of the Resonance Project, delivering fascinating presentations on the physics of unified field theory. Janover also produces music events including an annual electronic music festival in Colorado called SONIC BLOOM.

Soulacybin
Soulacybin
Soulacybin was incubated as pure auditory information, coded deep in alien realms of distant, future space. This auditory entity was sequenced into the DNA of a mushroom spore, then propelled through time and space on a trajectory for Planet Earth. Upon arriving on our planet, the spore germinated in the form of Earth music, bringing its intricately coded information to us through precisely arranged sound and vibration. Representing the bio-mechanically fused organisms of its home world, Soulacybin balances deep, squishy realms of organic dub with digital, hyper-active percussion and slimy, stretchy basslines. Thriving on the nervous system of musician John LaBoone, Soulacybin is here to bring its yet-unknown alien message to lovers of deep, patient, thoughtful music.
Godlazer
Godlazer
The story of GODLAZER begins with a 1200cc Harley Davidson Motorcycle ride across The Sangre de Cristo Mountains, one of the longest mountain chains on Earth. There among the mysterious Colorado Mountains an idea was forged, and a sound emerged from the heavens to attract "The Ultra Culture", the people, who get down, dance, and come together for positive impact! The GODLAZER project since its creation in spring 2009 has been a continuous journey of epic proportions lead by Colorado Native, Christopher Caligaris. GODLAZER emerged from the Boulder, Colorado Underground and has since gained momentum developing a unique Live Instrumental Dubstep Sound that melts faces off their faces. The first album release "Hydro Planet K" featured all original tracks such as "Monsters" and "Church Bells" in 2010. A year later "Full Melt" was released in April 2011 featuring all new hot fire originals, "Dank Spank" and "Jack Smith". Armed with a 1967 Flying V Guitar, four turntables, a bass that “you could go swimming in,” and a light show to match, GODLAZER slays crowds. Recently playing with notable acts The Disco Biscuits, RJD2, and Nit Grit, the GODLAZER experience has reached rooftops, bars, clubs, venues, and festivals around the nation.
