That Damn Sasquatch
That Damn Sasquatch
That Damn Sasquatch is comprised of musicians with a variety of musical interests and instrumentation, allowing the band to cross genres of music including and not limited to bluegrass, country, blues, cajun/zydeco, and jazz. With a balanced, progressive, and traditional approach their sound is truly their own. .
Groovement
Groovement
Groovement is a 7-piece funk-rock band that embodies the soul of Northwest Arkansas – fun, unpredictable, and full of life. Currently the band is touring the U.S. in support of their highly anticipated second album, "Clouds."

Groovement sounds like a Led Zeppelin collided into a Soul Train in front of the Saint Motel; more easily described as: high-energy funk-rock. Their catchy melodies, big harmonies, tasteful solos, and funky grooves easily create songs you can dance to. Deitra Magazine describes Groovement's music as "a surprising find of funky original tunes that got the crowd boogying out of their seats, as well as some unique renditions of unexpected covers."

The playful personality and strong, soulful voice of Groovement frontman, Alex Carr, helped him win a ticket to Hollywood as one of the 2011 American Idol contestants. In addition to their decorated singer, the band posseses many years of professional experience and over 30 local award show nominations. This all-star lineup includes Adam Becker (keyboards, organ, synth); Lucas Parker (guitar, vocals); Bryan Burkhart (drums, vocals); Jacob Johnson (sax, guitar, vocals); Tom Smith (trumpet, vocals); and Supa Man (bass).
Grassfed
Grassfed
Grassfed is a nationally touring string band from Kansas City.
Hawthorne Roots
Hawthorne Roots
It is just about 1 month into 2017 and 2016 already feels like ages ago. One lesson we have learned as we navigate the world of independent artist development is how quickly days turn to weeks turn to months and before you know it, 2018 will be here. So as we plunge into the hectic season of writing, developing and booking for a crazy busy 2017 summer tour (some exciting venues and locations already in the works!) we want to give 2016 a proper review and share it with you all - the people that have made our growth possible through all of your support! We had the pleasure of sharing the stage with some amazing bands that span many different genres (just like our music does!) including The Wailers, Rising Appalachia, Robert Randolf and the Family Band, Bassnectar, Russ Liquid, Horseshoes and Hand Grenades, The Good Time Travelers, Fruition, Tauk, Zach Deputy, Maxwell Hughes, Young the Giant, Lee Brice, Chase Bryant, Halfway to Hazard, Logan Brill and Montana grown bands including Laney Lou and The Bird Dogs, MOTH, The Kitchen Dwellers and Cure for the Common (check out the awesome video from Silver Cloud Campout of a Hawthorne Roots, CFTC and Kitchen Dwellers mash up below or on our video page!). We played on some amazing stages and traveled hundreds of miles beyond our own beautiful Gallatin Valley we are so lucky to call home. Each month brought us new challenges and opportunities that tested our commitment, resilience, and sometimes our bank accounts! We grew from our mistakes and relished in our successes including Bozeman's 2016 Best Folk Act 2 years running! Today, we look towards 2017 a little stronger, 12-months more seasoned and with more inspiration to share our music with the world. We could not have made 2016 possible without all the love and encouragement from our fans and for that we are so grateful! Much love and see you on the road somewhere in 2017! P.S. We also celebrate one year of an amazing partnership with Resounding Media, owned and operated by Sean Gannon. Sean spent the last 12 months documenting The Hawthorne Roots tour and is the master behind so many amazing moments captured on camera and film. Thanks Sean!
